Holistic bodywork sessions begin with the understanding that our mental, social, cultural, and physical experiences are deeply interconnected — much like the way the tendons of our feet affect the muscles in our shoulders, or the fascia around our stomach can influence how we stand and breathe.

I work collaboratively with clients to support freer movement, relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve postural balance. After a thorough intake, we may choose to integrate any of these modalities to create a customized session that supports your body’s needs in that moment.

This work is somatic in nature — meaning it engages the body as a source of insight, healing, and reconnection. Holistic bodywork supports clients in becoming more present with their physical sensations, breath, and posture. While I am not a somatic therapist, this approach invites deeper embodiment and awareness as part of the healing process.

Modalities I Offer
Each session draws from a variety of bodywork techniques and traditions.
I am trained in Deep Tissue, NMT, Structural Bodywork, Thai Bodywork, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), and Intra-Oral TMJ Massage. I am certified in Integrative Pelvic Bodywork through training and mentorship with Leslie Stager.

My path toward embodied ritual began in the arts — painting, dance, performance, and film. I earned a BA in Digital Art from ASU in 2008. Through that time, while working as a medical insurance underwriter, I saw how often the system treated symptoms instead of root causes. That realization pulled me toward a more holistic, embodied, and relational path.

I trained in massage therapy at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, graduating in 2016. I continued advanced studies in Thai bodywork, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, intra-oral jaw massage, structural integration, and pelvic bodywork. I also hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification. My integrative sessions draw from all techniques, to support pain relief, balanced movement, and nervous system regulation. I approach bodywork as a healer as well as teacher, helping clients develop a personal roadmap to a lifetime of wellness.

Alongside bodywork, I’ve always been fascinated by body adornment practices. I apprenticed in henna in 2012, co-created the documentary World of Henna in 2020, and became a licensed tattoo artist that same year. I offer custom ornamental tattoos - large and small - inspired by henna, geometry, floral motifs, and global pattern traditions.

Whether through massage or tattooing, my work is about every day ritual and embodiment — reconnecting with the body, marking transitions, and celebrating personal stories in meaningful, lasting ways..
