I came to massage with a background in dance and performance art, and with a desire to work in a healthcare field that offered immediate and direct results.
I trained at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, graduating in 2016, and have continued building my practice ever since, with advanced studies in Thai bodywork, structural bodywork, Anatomy Trains, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, intraoral jaw massage, and holistic pelvic care. I also hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification.
Sessions draw from all of these modalities, because our bodies are not legos, everything is connected. Every story, every experience, every hobby, every moment is written into our cells, our tissue. The most important thing we can do is learn to listen deeply to our own body. Massage supports this listening, frees pathways of movement, supports pain relief, offers easeful movement, and nervous system regulation. I look forward to working with you.
